Treatment for Children

rthodontic treatment is most commonly carried out after the age of 11 – 12 yrs old, when most of the adult teeth are present. Occasionally, short courses of treatment are carried out on younger patients as an ‘interceptive’ measure when required.
Your dentist will be able to advise you on whether an early referral is required for interceptive treatment and can refer to us if appropriate.
