Thank you all for your patience during this difficult period of time for us all.
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to see a limited number of patients but please do not call us for appointments; we shall contact you when we are ready to see you. We have sourced the correct PPE and equipment and our safety measures/relevant procedures are now in place. COVID – 19 restrictions, however, mean that we can only see around a third of the number of patients we used to see in a day. The safety of our staff and patients continues to be our top priority.
Please be reassured that we shall be doing everything we can to see people again as quickly as possible (as soon as safety guidelines allow us to) but must maintain safety above all else.
Unfortunately, our return to work does not mean that we shall be fully operational. We are severely limited in the number of patients we can see and there are COVID -19 safety restrictions on the procedures we are permitted to perform. This means inevitable delays to all treatment. If your procedure is one that cannot be undertaken at this stage, we shall not be in contact as yet. Please bear with us; we are as desperate to get back to normality as you are. We also have a backlog of patients who need to be seen and we are triaging and prioritising as required. Those appointments cancelled first shall be rescheduled first, so please bear with us. If you have an appointment, please read the Current Patient Attendance Procedure and you must fill out and submit the on – line Medical History form as directed in the procedure.
We are still operating a telephone advice service. Please call the practice and follow the instructions if you require any help or advice, or email redcliffeclinicaladvice@gmail.com
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to seeing you. Please read the Surgery Reopening page and read the Current Patient Attendance Procedure page.
